MONFREDO MARKETING
Marketing Coordinator

During my time at Monfredo Marketing, I supported the marketing efforts of multiple multifamily property management firms through a blend of creative design, data-driven marketing strategy, and project coordination.

My work spanned:

  • Provided marketing support for property management firms overseeing 175+ properties with over 300 requests per month

  • Drove lead generation strategy and developed community-specific annual marketing budgets by analyzing campaign performance data through Yardi CRM and Google Analytics and partnering with ILS vendors to optimize targeting, lead quality, and budget allocation

  • Designed 150+ pieces of digital and print marketing materials, including email campaigns targeting prospective renters, with purpose-driven written and visual content

  • Developed a year-long resident engagement strategy and toolkit to increase 5-star reviews, providing community teams with resident event concepts, social media templates, and actionable engagement tactics

  • Coordinated production needs with communities and service partners including photography, floor plans and logos

  • Managed website updates for multifamily communities using WordPress and Yardi Site Manager

Windsor Communities

Community Website

To respect client confidentiality, I cannot share the original marketing materials I created. Instead, I've linked the public website of one of the communities I supported to provide context for the property's branding and target audience.

Concept Brochures

Using the property's publicly available branding, photography, and messaging as inspiration, I created these brochures to demonstrate the type of marketing collateral I produced in my role. These pieces were created independently for portfolio purposes and were not used by the company.

Social Media

I developed visual assets and marketing copy for social media campaigns across multiple multifamily communities.

The embedded posts below represent a selection of published work I created during my time supporting Windsor Communities. They are displayed from the property's live Instagram account to showcase the final published content.

Magazine Spread

Objective

Develop a visually compelling magazine spread that showcases The Bravern’s award recognition and reinforces its positioning as a premier luxury apartment community in Bellevue.

Give A Bear Initiative

Give a Bear is a Windsor Communities initiative designed to raise funds through the sponsorship of teddy bears to donate to local chapters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

I developed the campaign's visual identity, creating a playful brand kit that served as a lighthearted extension of Windsor's established brand while maintaining consistency with its overall look and feel. From logos and color palettes to marketing collateral and campaign planning, I established a cohesive identity that could be applied across print and digital touchpoints to promote the initiative and encourage resident participation.

Using Windsor's signature wallpaper pattern as inspiration, I created a whimsical bear-themed adaptation for the Give a Bear campaign. The custom pattern became a key visual element across the campaign's brand kit and marketing materials, including the published social media posts featured below.
